As an online company, we strive to provide a return and exchange service that’s virtually hassle-free!

RETURNS BY MAIL:
Simply fill out the form included in your package, pack all item(s) and ship back to us using your preferred shipping provider. Once we have received your returned package, the item(s) that are eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days. All items must be UNWORN to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shoephile is not responsible for return shipping costs.

RESERVED EXCHANGE
Certain styles sell out quickly, there is no guarantee we will have the style and size you want. Therefore, we suggest placing a new order with your correct size/color/style prior to shipping the original item(s) back to us. Once we receive the original package, the item(s) eligible will be refunded to the original form of payment. All Reserved Exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail, free of charge.
Orders will be shipped out same-day if placed Monday - Friday before 3:00 p.m. (PST).

*Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unworn. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging, and all item(s) tags must be attached. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued a refund for its purchase price only; selected promotional sales and all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
